EQT Real Estate’s Industrial Value Fund V has completed the sale of a 10.5 million square-foot logistics portfolio to an affiliate of LBA Realty, the companies announced Thursday.
The portfolio comprises 46 Class A industrial buildings averaging roughly 230,000 square feet each, spanning 10 markets in the U.S. South. Key locations include Charlotte, Atlanta, Savannah, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Birmingham, and Huntsville, along with Greensboro and Greenville-Spartanburg. The assets serve third-party logistics, regional distribution, and advanced manufacturing tenants.
Strategic infrastructure ties include proximity to the Port of Savannah, JAXPORT, and the Inland Port Greer, as well as access to major interstate corridors such as I-85, I-95, I-75, I-20, and I-4. EQT Real Estate’s Global Head of Investments, Matthew Brodnik, confirmed the transaction.
Advisors to EQT Real Estate were John Huguenard, Trent Agnew, and Will McCormack of JLL. LBA Realty, based in California, did not disclose the purchase price. The deal was announced from EQT Real Estate’s Radnor, Pennsylvania headquarters.
