Enhanced Group, Inc. (NYSE: ENHA) announced the launch of Enhanced OS, an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to deliver personalized health and performance optimization. The platform is scheduled to debut later in 2026, with further commercial details and additional features to be disclosed in the coming months.
Enhanced OS integrates medical records, biomarkers, and wearable data to generate individualized health plans. The platform’s AI-driven recommendations are supervised by licensed physicians, who retain final clinical decision-making authority. It is designed to adapt dynamically to users’ evolving health metrics and goals, offering guidance on supplementation, training, and nutrition. Select subscription tiers will include access to regulated prescription therapy products under medical oversight.
The platform will operate on a tiered pricing model, with a free entry-level tier available alongside paid tiers that provide more comprehensive clinical protocols. Enhanced OS also incorporates elements from the company’s existing ecosystem, including access to doctors, community-led events such as run clubs, and data derived from its work with athletes during the Enhanced Games and a clinical trial.
Maximilian Martin, Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced, highlighted the platform’s early-stage adaptability in a statement: “In the two months leading into the Games, we made 274 individual protocol adjustments for our athletes, roughly one optimization per athlete per week.”
Enhanced Group operates an elite sports competition business and sells performance products through its Live Enhanced platform, which provides clinician-guided protocols, supplements, and health offerings to consumers.
