Electromed Inc. reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.39 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, exceeding the $0.31 analyst estimate. Revenue totaled $19.4 million, slightly below the $19.5 million forecast, though up 11.6% from $17.4 million in the year-ago period.
Net income rose 54.3% to $3.4 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, compared with $2.2 million, or $0.25 per share, in the prior-year quarter. Operating income increased 25.8% to $3.8 million, representing 19.7% of net revenues. Gross margin expanded to 78.7% from 78.3% a year earlier.
Direct homecare revenue, the company’s primary segment, grew 15.2% to $17.7 million. The fourth quarter marked Electromed’s 15th consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
For the full fiscal year, net revenue rose 15.3% to a record $73.8 million, while net income totaled $11.3 million, or $1.30 per diluted share, up from $7.5 million, or $0.85 per share, in fiscal 2025. Operating income climbed 43.7% to $13.9 million, accounting for 18.8% of net revenues. Direct homecare revenue increased 16.3% to $66.6 million.
As of June 30, 2026, the company held $20.5 million in cash with no debt. Shares edged 0.29% higher in after-hours trading following the results.
