CrowdStrike’s stock surged 12.6% in after-hours trading Thursday after the cybersecurity company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.31 for fiscal second quarter 2027, beating the $0.29 consensus estimate. Revenue reached $1.47 billion, topping the $1.44 billion Wall Street target.
Management raised its full-year fiscal 2027 earnings guidance, extending a streak of eight consecutive quarterly earnings beats. The shares traded as high as $213.10 during the move, nearing the 52-week peak of $227.50, while the 52-week low stands at $85.68.
Analysts maintained a bullish stance ahead of the results. Morgan Stanley reiterated an Overweight rating, citing expectations for a beat on net new annual recurring revenue driven by momentum across Next-Gen SIEM, Falcon Flex, endpoint, cloud and identity products. Of the 50 analysts covering the stock, 33 held a Strong Buy rating.
Broader equities showed modest gains, with the S&P 500 up 0.1%, the Nasdaq rising 0.1% and the Dow adding 0.3%.
