American Resources Corporation said on Wednesday it received a noncompliance notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market’s Listing Qualifications Department for failing to file its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026, on time.
The notice, issued under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), follows a similar delay for the report covering the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company operates in the critical mineral supply chain sector and is headquartered in Fishers, Indiana.
Nasdaq had previously granted American Resources an extension until October 15, 2026, to regain compliance after the March 31 filing delay. The company now plans to submit an amended compliance plan by the same deadline to cover both outstanding reports, including the June 30 filing.
The noncompliance notice does not immediately affect the listing or trading of American Resources’ common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Management stated it expects to complete and file all outstanding quarterly reports within the existing compliance period and intends to do so as promptly as practicable.
