Caldwell Partners International, a Toronto-based executive search firm listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: CWL) and trading on the OTCQX Market (OTCQX: CWLPF), has announced the addition of Ali Palmer as a partner in its London Human Resources practice. Palmer brings over 20 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience, including 17 years as a partner and head of Consumer & Telecoms at a previous firm. She will advise boards, CEOs, and chief people officers on senior HR recruitment for listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and privately held organizations across sectors such as consumer, retail, industrial, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology. Her role will include executive search assignments for roles such as chief people officers, chief human resources officers, and senior specialist leaders, as well as interim leadership and talent intelligence solutions.
Palmer’s background spans executive search, leadership advisory, and HR consulting. Previously, she served as a partner and head of the global People & Culture practice at an executive search firm and as a senior director of executive experience at Avanade, where she also led the HR leadership team. She holds a BSc (Hons) in business studies from Cardiff University and serves as Deputy Chair of Governors at St Paul’s School, where she chairs the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
