Bystronic, a Swiss industrial technology company, has agreed to acquire Isochronic, a Swiss automation specialist focused on high-speed robotic systems and software for sheet metal processing.
The acquisition strengthens Bystronic’s automation portfolio and aligns with its strategy to expand integrated manufacturing solutions. Isochronic will continue operating under its own brand following the deal, Bystronic said in a statement on Thursday.
Isochronic was founded in 2020 and is headquartered near Lausanne, Switzerland. The company specializes in automation technologies designed to enhance precision and efficiency in industrial fabrication processes.
