BranchOut Food Inc. (NASDAQ: BOF) has secured approximately $750,000 in orders for two new product lines from a major warehouse club retailer, the company said on Monday.
The first order, valued at $500,000, covers the company’s Crunchy Fruit Chip Multipack Product Line, which will ship later this year and launch in Mexico. This represents BranchOut’s first international warehouse club program, targeting high-traffic front-of-club merchandising areas. The line features five core crunchy fruit varieties, with regional buyers selecting three-flavor assortments based on local preferences.
A second order, worth $250,000, covers Dried Cheesecake Bites, a shelf-stable product set to launch as a seasonal holiday offering in the retailer’s Texas region. This marks the first commercialization of BranchOut’s dairy snack platform using its GentleDry technology, which preserves up to 95% of the original nutrition of fresh produce.
BranchOut, headquartered in Bend, Oregon, develops products for both branded and private-label distribution. The company holds over 17 patents related to its GentleDry technology, which it says enhances manufacturing efficiency while maintaining product quality.
BranchOut CEO Eric Healy emphasized the company’s focus on innovation rather than incremental sales. "Our goal has never been to simply sell another SKU," Healy said. "We've built an innovation platform that allows us to continually introduce differentiated products while maintaining manufacturing efficiency."
Additional regions have expressed interest in both product lines, and the front-of-store placement is expected to drive higher customer traffic compared to traditional grocery aisles.
