Belden Inc., listed on the NYSE under BDC, closed at $114.13, up 0.98%, on September 24, 2026. The St. Louis‑based networking and connectivity provider announced that its manufacturing site in Pune, India, will begin producing select RUCKUS Networks ICX Ethernet switches.
The move follows Belden’s acquisition of RUCKUS Networks and is intended to leverage Belden’s global manufacturing footprint, supply‑chain capabilities and customer reach alongside RUCKUS’s technology portfolio. The company said the Pune facility will serve customers and partners that require locally manufactured infrastructure, aligning with India’s "Make in India" initiative.
Belden also operates a Customer Innovation Center in Bengaluru and a research centre in Chennai, where RUCKUS maintains R&D and customer‑success functions. Dr. Ashish Chand, Belden’s president and CEO, said the company is moving from integration planning to execution, seeking opportunities to combine Belden’s scale with RUCKUS’s market position.
The company indicated that additional integration opportunities will be evaluated across its global operations as the partnership progresses.
