Nestlé named Manuela Bernasconi as its Group General Counsel and a member of its executive leadership team, effective Jan. 1, 2027.
The company also confirmed that Leanne Geale will retire at the end of 2026, concluding a seven-year tenure as Nestlé’s head of legal affairs.
Bernasconi most recently serves as general counsel for Nestlé’s Zone Americas region. She joined the food and beverage giant in 2007 and has held legal roles across several of the company’s major operations, including Nestlé Switzerland, its Zone Europe unit, Nespresso, and its Latin American business.
