Autheo’s THEO token has begun public trading on Hydrex at a reference price of $0.05 against USDC, marking the debut of the native utility token for the company’s Internet Operating System.
The launch follows an August 14 announcement and follows the Mainnet launch on May 14, 2026. THEO’s initial market capitalization stands at approximately $18.66 million, based on the $0.05 price and the initial circulating supply of roughly 5.33% of the 7.0 billion maximum token supply. The fully diluted valuation is set at $350 million.
The token’s emission schedule spans 10 years, with distribution structured over the period. THEO is trading on Hydrex, a Base-native Omni-Liquidity MetaDEX, which provides liquidity for the token’s public market entry.
Autheo’s ecosystem includes 125 validators securing the Mainnet, more than 2 million wallets, 1.1 million smart contracts, and 10 million transactions recorded on the testnet. The project’s infrastructure is supported by decentralized hosting providers Zeeve, InfStones, and Antier, while security audits were conducted by Halborn, CertiK, and Avelar Labs.
The token issuer, THEO Token Ltd, is based in the British Virgin Islands, with operational and development entities registered in Wyoming. The Autheo Foundation, a U.S. nonprofit, serves as the protocol steward. Market-making services are provided by Enflux, and ApeBond plans to launch an on-chain OTC bond program shortly after the listing.
Autheo was founded by Scott Bayless and Todd Mortenson, with Mortenson stating that the public launch represents the transition from a token to an economy built on working infrastructure and real network participation.
