Amkor Technology Inc. on Friday declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08352 per common share, the company said in a filing.
The dividend is payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 30, according to the filing. The record date precedes the payment date by approximately two weeks, a standard interval for corporate dividend distributions.
Amkor, a provider of semiconductor packaging and test services, did not specify any changes to its dividend policy or future payout expectations in the announcement. The company last adjusted its dividend in August 2023, when it raised the quarterly payout from $0.075 to $0.08352.
The new dividend maintains the company’s pattern of returning capital to shareholders amid steady demand for advanced packaging solutions in the semiconductor industry.
