Swiss wealth manager VZ Gruppe reported a sharp increase in revenue and profit for the first half of 2026, driven by robust client inflows and favorable market conditions.
The company said first-half earnings rose by more than 10% year-on-year, with profit growth also exceeding 10%. VZ Gruppe, which operates under the VZ VermögensZentrum brand, attributed the performance to strong demand for its advisory and investment services, as well as improved asset valuations.
Chief Executive Giulio Vitarelli said the group expects similar growth momentum to continue in the second half of the year. "The positive trends we saw in the first six months are expected to persist," Vitarelli said in a statement. "We remain focused on expanding our client base and deepening relationships in our core markets."
VZ Gruppe did not disclose specific revenue or profit figures for the period. The company, which serves high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, has been expanding its footprint in Switzerland and Germany, with recent acquisitions aimed at strengthening its advisory capabilities.
The group’s assets under management grew during the first half, though the exact increase was not specified. Analysts have noted that wealth managers in the region have benefited from strong equity market performance and increased demand for private banking services.
VZ Gruppe’s shares are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticker VZN. The stock has gained ground in recent months amid investor optimism about the company’s growth strategy and market positioning.
The company’s performance follows a period of consolidation in the Swiss wealth management sector, with firms increasingly focusing on digital advisory tools and personalized service offerings to attract and retain clients.
