The transactions occurred on August 24 and August 25 at a price of $2.90 per share, with 1,197 shares acquired on the first day and 5,991 shares split across two purchases the following day. Jewett Cameron’s stock has gained nearly 60% over the past six months, trading at $2.95 at the time of the filings.
AJB Investment Fund II now holds a direct stake of 375,067 shares in Jewett Cameron, representing approximately 10% of the company, according to the filings. Adam J. Bradley, manager of the fund, is listed as the beneficial owner of all 474,435 shares held by the fund and affiliated entities, including accounts over which he exercises investment discretion.
Melinda Bradley, managing member of AJB Capital, is reported as the beneficial owner of 428,691 shares. This includes 375,067 shares held by AJB Investment Fund II, 53,624 shares in her individual retirement account, and excludes 12,585 shares held in accounts owned by adult children where beneficial ownership is disclaimed.
