WELL Health Technologies Corp. appointed Evelyn Sutherland as chief financial officer on Monday, with the transition effective Sept. 21.

Sutherland replaces current CFO Eva Fong, who is moving to a strategic Executive Advisor position. She joins from WELLSTAR, a subsidiary of WELL, where she served on the board for the past year and through which the company delivers various services.

She also served on the Board of Directors of Andlauer Healthcare Group until its acquisition by UPS in 2025.

"I am honoured to join WELL at such an exciting inflection point in its evolution," Sutherland said. "The Company has built an exceptional platform with a strong culture, talented people and a clear strategic vision."

WELL Health operates 275 clinics across Canada and supports more than 5 million annual patient visits. The company trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol WELL and on the OTC exchange under WHTCF.
