The Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) announced an update to Annex 1 of the ordinance concerning measures against the Democratic Republic of Congo, dated June 22, 2005 (SR 946.231.12).
The updated sanctions provisions took effect following the publication by SECO. Financial institutions and market participants in Switzerland must review compliance procedures to reflect the revised regulatory measures.
