Cloudastructure Inc., a Palo Alto‑based provider of AI‑driven video surveillance and remote guarding solutions, has signed a non‑exclusive partnership with SAGE Integration Holdings, a security‑systems integrator. Under the agreement, SAGE becomes an authorized reseller of Cloudastructure's portfolio, which includes AI surveillance software, remote video monitoring, enterprise‑grade cameras and related hardware. Each deployment will be bundled with subscription‑based monitoring services, and SAGE will begin offering the solutions to its enterprise customers immediately.

SAGE's installation and service network spans 62 U.S. metropolitan areas and operates in 20 countries, positioning the partner to reach a broad range of end‑users. The integrator was named 2026 Large Integrator of the Year by Security Systems News and the PSA Security Network. Its client base includes critical‑infrastructure operators, healthcare and biotech firms, pharmaceutical companies, higher‑education institutions, commercial‑real‑estate owners, transportation providers and technology firms.

Cloudastructure's platform is compatible with roughly 99% of existing commercial‑grade camera systems, including analog cameras connected through encoders. This high compatibility allows SAGE to leverage infrastructure already installed at customer sites, reducing deployment time and cost.

The partnership follows a strong performance trend for Cloudastructure. Subscription‑services revenue grew 164% year over year in the second quarter of 2026, rising from about 27% of total revenue in the comparable period a year earlier to roughly 62% of total revenue in Q2 2026.

"I spent twenty years making these decisions at UPS, and I chose cloud video early, when much of the industry was still skeptical of it. The right decision is worth very little if you cannot get it installed and supported to the same standard in every market, on schedule," said Ed Burnett, Cloudastructure's chief security and operations officer, a former UPS executive.
