UBS has doubled the maximum volume of its ongoing buyback offer for six outstanding bond issues to $4 billion from $2 billion, the Swiss lender said Wednesday.
The offers apply to various tranches of debt securities and will run until Sept. 10, 2026. The cumulative principal amount of the bonds eligible for purchase totals £450 million, $6.59 billion and €2.05 billion, according to a summary released by the bank.
The securities carry coupons ranging from 0.50% to 4.375%, spanning multiple maturities and currency denominations across the six series targeted in the buyback programme.
