Ithaca Energy plc (LSE: ITH) announced that three executives purchased ordinary shares under the company's Share Incentive Plan on September 7, receiving additional matching shares at no cost.
Yaniv Friedman, executive chairman, bought 54 shares and received 108 matching shares. CEO Luciano Vasques purchased 55 shares and was allocated 110 matching shares. CFO Iain Lewis also acquired 54 shares and received 108 matching shares. All purchases were executed through Computershare Share Plan Trustees Limited on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £2.7453 per share. The matching shares were held through the SIP trustee.
The transactions took place under Ithaca Energy's Share Incentive Plan, an all-employee arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs that permits employees to acquire company shares through monthly salary deductions.
The disclosures were filed under Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which governs reporting obligations for persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
