Einride Unveils AI-Enhanced Defense Logistics Partnership with UNIQAI

Stockholm-based freight technology company Einride AB (Nasdaq: ENDR) has announced a strategic partnership with UNIQAI Systems to integrate AI-driven mission planning and operational decision-making into its autonomous logistics platform. The collaboration aims to enhance defense and national security logistics by combining Einride’s autonomous driving and freight intelligence capabilities with UNIQAI’s mission planning software, adaptive workflows, and decision support systems. This integration is designed to enable defense organizations to coordinate supply chains in contested environments, according to statements from both companies’ leadership.

Einride’s existing defense unit was established after securing pilot contracts with a European NATO-allied defense organization. The partnership follows prior collaboration with Centinus, which added threat detection and counter-UAS monitoring to Einride’s defense offerings. UNIQAI’s mission planning system is structured to integrate seamlessly with existing command-and-control workflows, as highlighted by Nadav Poplawski, co-founder and CEO of UNIQAI.

Einride estimates the addressable market for its dual-use autonomous logistics platform—covering the U.S., EU, and other NATO countries—to reach between $7 billion and $13 billion by 2030. The company is also co-leading the development of an autonomous tracked vehicle under a Swedish civil and military preparedness initiative. Einride operates under a Freight-Capacity-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service model, leveraging AI-powered freight intelligence and an electric heavy-duty fleet across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Roozbeh Charli, CEO of Einride, emphasized the synergy between the two platforms: ‘Einride Driver provides a proven autonomous logistics backbone already validated in real-world freight operations. By pairing it with UNIQAI’s mission planning, the movement of goods and the mission plan behind it finally operate from the same operational framework.’
