Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has appointed Sean Glithero as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Glithero joins the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees and is scheduled to become the Chair of the Audit Committee on January 1, 2027, succeeding Kristel Volver, who will continue as a committee member.
Glithero is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a background in senior finance roles at UK-listed companies. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at Auto Trader Group plc and Funding Circle Holdings plc, and as Interim Chief Financial Officer at ASOS plc.
The board of Baltic Classifieds Group now consists of six independent non-executive directors, three executive directors, and one non-executive chair. Trevor Mather, the Chair of Baltic Classifieds Group, stated that Glithero's financial and listed company experience will strengthen the Board and suit him for chairing the Audit Committee. Glithero expressed his pleasure at joining the Board and his eagerness to work with the Board and management team.
The appointment was announced on September 14, 2026.
