StablecoinX names Christopher Jensen as new CEO

StablecoinX Inc. has named Christopher Jensen as chief executive officer, effective immediately, and appointed him to its board of directors. Jensen will oversee day-to-day operations across the company's three business lines: Infrastructure Services, Infrastructure Software and Distribution Services. He will also manage the firm's treasury strategy.

StablecoinX's treasury strategy involves managing approximately 3.03 billion ENA tokens, representing roughly 20% of the total supply. The company maintains a strategic relationship with Ethena, described as one of the world's largest issuers of digital dollars, and says it is purpose-built to advance the Ethena digital dollar ecosystem.

Jensen replaces Ted Chen as chief executive, though Chen will continue as chairman of the board. StablecoinX became a public company in June 2026 and completed its public listing under Chen's leadership. The company trades under the ticker USDE.
