The program, contingent on U.S. FDA approval, will prepare clinicians for COMP360’s post-marketing rollout, aligning with Compass’s broader U.S. healthcare provider training initiative established in anticipation of commercialization.
The Post-Approval COMP360 Psilocybin Certificate Program comprises three modules: Foundations of Psychedelic Care, Understanding Psilocybin, and COMP360 Certification. Curriculum focuses on patient preparation, treatment administration, and follow-up care, with a digital platform enabling real-time tracking of provider enrollment, progress, completion, and credentialing. Fluence’s CEO Elizabeth Nielson emphasized the program’s alignment with rigorous clinical research, aiming to ensure clinicians deliver safe, evidence-based care.
COMP360 remains under investigation, with no FDA approval yet granted. The training program is structured to meet regulatory requirements and operational readiness for a potential commercial launch.
