Wellchange Holdings Company Limited announced plans to implement a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of its Class A ordinary shares, effective at market open on Monday, September 8, 2026.
The corporate action will combine every five Class A ordinary shares into one share, reducing the total outstanding Class A shares from approximately 52,905,328 to about 10,581,066. The company’s Class B ordinary shares will not be affected by the split.
Following the reverse split, Wellchange’s Class A ordinary shares will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the existing ticker symbol WCT. The new CUSIP number for the adjusted shares will be G9545M131, replacing the previous identifier.
The reverse stock split has been approved by Wellchange’s shareholders and board of directors. Fractional shares resulting from the split will be rounded up to the nearest whole share, with no fractional shares issued to investors.
Shareholders’ proportional ownership in the company will remain unchanged aside from minor adjustments due to fractional share rounding. All outstanding options, warrants, and other securities tied to Class A ordinary shares will be adjusted in accordance with their respective terms.
