Vista Global Holding Ltd., the Dubai-based private aviation operator behind VistaJet and XO brands, is exploring a European initial public offering to raise more than $1 billion. The potential listing could value the company at over $10 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
The company is considering initial public offerings in Milan and Zurich, with timing potentially set for next year. Bank of America Corp., UBS Group AG and UniCredit SpA are advising on the process, the people said, requesting anonymity as the deliberations are private.
Vista Global has not yet made a final decision on whether to proceed with the offering, and details such as the size and timing remain subject to change. The company operates a global network of private jet services, including fractional ownership and on-demand charter under its VistaJet and XO brands.
The potential IPO comes amid heightened interest in private aviation as high-net-worth demand remains resilient despite broader economic uncertainty. A listing in Europe could provide Vista Global with access to a deep investor base while diversifying its funding sources beyond its current private ownership structure.
