Virtuix Holdings (VTIX) outlined accelerating growth prospects during the Micro-Cap Virtual Conference on August 20, 2026, highlighting a 72% increase in overall orders and a 150% surge in demand since the June launch of its Omni One treadmill for Meta Quest headsets.
The company, which trades at $1.54—down 4.94% on the day but above its 52-week low of $1.42—cited production capacity of up to 3,000 units monthly, translating to an estimated $100 million in annual revenue at full utilization. Gross margins improved to 25% for the year and reached 30% in the latest quarter, up from negative 6% a year earlier, with a target of 40% for consumer units and approximately 70% for enterprise systems.
Cash on hand stood at $7.4 million at the end of the quarter, with an additional $1.2 million raised from warrant exercises. Monthly cash burn is estimated between $800,000 and $1 million. Virtuix is targeting acquisitions in defense training and services valued between $10 million and $50 million.
The Omni One, priced at about $2,500 for consumers and starting at $90 per month under buy-now-pay-later plans, integrates with Meta’s Quest ecosystem, which has sold roughly 20 million headsets and counts 6 million active users. Virtuix holds 25 issued patents and five pending applications.
Defense and military contracts remain a key focus, with engagements across all four U.S. service branches. The company is the lead integrator for a Marine Corps infantry training system slated for delivery to Quantico, Virginia, in the fourth quarter of 2024, with potential expansion to 20 bases nationwide. The U.S. Air Force awarded Virtuix a Phase 1 SBIR grant for its Virtual Terrain Walk system, while the Army identified 118 battalions as potential users. Test units have been deployed to the Air Force Academy and Yokota Air Force Base, with development agreements in place for Navy and Marine Corps anti-drone training.
Enterprise and healthcare applications are also expanding. Tesla purchased the first Omni One Enterprise system for humanoid robot teleoperation, NASA acquired multiple units for astronaut training, and Sirica Therapeutics is deploying the system in autism therapy, planning to expand to about 100 centers out of 12,000 nationwide. Academic institutions including Rutgers University and Florida Gulf Coast University are using the technology for rehabilitation research.
Analyst price targets range from $9 to $11, while the InvestingPro Fair Value estimate stands at $1.79.
