The Nasdaq Independent Hearings Panel has notified OSR Health Inc. that its common stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market after failing to meet the exchange’s minimum $1.00 bid price requirement for an extended period.
The Bellevue, Washington-based healthcare company, which trades under the ticker OSRH, received the delisting determination on Tuesday, following a review that spanned more than a year. Nasdaq initially notified OSR Health of non-compliance on September 5, 2025, triggering an 180-day compliance period that ended on March 4, 2026, without resolution. The company was granted an additional 180-day compliance period, which expires on August 31, 2026.
OSR Health’s share price reached an intraday high of $0.84 on August 18, 2026, remaining below the $1.00 threshold. Trading volume surged to approximately 370 million shares on August 17, before moderating to about 145 million shares the following day. The company’s public float stands at roughly 18.5 million shares.
OSR Health CEO Peter Hwang stated that the firm came within $0.16 of compliance and has requested a panel hearing, asserting that the circumstances support its case. The company describes itself as a global healthcare holding company focused on immuno-oncology, regenerative biologics, and medical device technologies through its subsidiaries.
Nasdaq has scheduled the suspension of trading for OSR Health’s common stock and warrants at the opening of business on August 26, 2026, pending the outcome of the hearing process.
