Organon & Co. (OGN) shares reached a 52-week high of $13.73 on Wednesday, extending a year-to-date gain of 92% and a six-month surge of 83%. The pharmaceutical company’s stock has advanced 46.32% over the past 12 months, according to Investing.com data.
The rally follows regulatory and pipeline milestones. The company also secured rights to Miudella, a hormone-free copper intrauterine device developed by Sebela Pharmaceuticals. Miudella marks the first such device approved in the U.S. in more than four decades.
Organon also gained exclusive commercialization rights for PYZCHIVA, a biosimilar developed by Samsung Bioepis, in Canada. The product is expected to launch there in 2026. Additionally, Organon plans to present new Phase 3 data for VTAMA cream at an upcoming pediatric dermatology meeting, focusing on its efficacy and safety in treating moderate to severe atopic dermatitis across multiple age groups.
InvestingPro’s fair-value estimate for Organon stands at $20.04, suggesting the stock remains undervalued despite recent gains.
