Milton C. Ault III, a director and 10% shareholder of Universal Safety Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: UUU), purchased shares totaling $183,476 in open-market transactions executed between August 24 and August 26, 2026.
The purchases occurred as the company’s stock traded at $5.66, down 12% over the prior week despite a 97% gain over the past year. Individual transaction prices ranged from $5.852 to $6.5904 per share. Ault’s purchases were executed both directly and through Ault Lending, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, Inc., where Ault serves as Executive Chairman.
On August 24, Ault Lending acquired 10,000 shares at $6.5904 each. The following day, the entity purchased an additional 8,729 shares at $6.0344 per share, while Ault directly acquired 500 shares at a volume-weighted average price of $5.852, with individual prices ranging from $5.71 to $5.99. On August 26, Ault Lending bought another 10,000 shares at $6.0782, and Ault directly purchased 200 shares at $5.9501.
Following the transactions, Ault’s direct holdings in Universal Safety Products totaled 7,800 shares. Indirect holdings included 1,115,262 shares via Ault Lending, 22,700 shares via Alpha Structured Finance LP, and 6,200 shares via Ault & Company, Inc. Alpha Structured Finance GP LLC and ACG Alpha Management LLC are also managed by Ault.
Universal Safety Products recently amended its Articles of Incorporation, increasing authorized common shares from 20 million to 525 million and removing supermajority voting requirements for future amendments. Shareholders approved the changes at a special meeting on July 31, following board approval in June.
The company also operates Universal DeFi LLC, a subsidiary developing a real-world asset tokenization platform.
