The advance follows the company’s Board of Directors extending its $500 million stock repurchase program by one year, pushing the expiration date to September 30, 2027. The program, initially approved in August 2025, had been set to conclude at the end of September 2026.
In broader market action, major U.S. equity benchmarks showed modest gains, with the S&P 500 up 0.4%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.4%, and the NASDAQ Composite advancing 0.7%. Ubiquiti’s stock has underperformed over the past year, down roughly 46% from its 52-week high of $1,099.99, reflecting a beta of approximately 1.63, indicating higher volatility relative to the broader market.
