TP, a Paris-listed provider of digital business services specializing in customer care and back-office functions, has appointed Benoit Gabelle as its new Group Chief Financial Officer. The appointment follows his interim role since Jorge Amar’s 2026 appointment as CEO, where he led financial reporting, tax strategy, and integration efforts, including the consolidation of Majorel and refinancing initiatives.
Gabelle, who joined TP in 2022 as Group Deputy CFO, previously spent 17 years at KPMG and EY, specializing in international taxation and transfer pricing. His background includes overseeing financial systems modernization, corporate accounting, and efficiency programs. In his new role, he will focus on ensuring TP’s transformation delivers shareholder value, supporting strategic operations, and strengthening investor relations while optimizing financing and liquidity.
The appointment underscores TP’s commitment to integrating artificial intelligence into its processes, as Amar noted in a statement: ‘Benoit’s confirmation as Group CFO is a well-deserved recognition of the strong leadership he has demonstrated at TP. Since stepping into the role on an interim basis, he has shown the strategic clarity and steady leadership our finance function needs as we advance TP’s transformation and integrate AI within our processes.’
