TowneBank announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per common share for the third quarter of 2026. The dividend was declared by the bank’s board on Aug. 26 and is scheduled for payment on Oct. 9 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 25.
The Suffolk, Virginia-based regional bank, which operates more than 70 offices across Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, reported total assets of $22.62 billion as of June 30, 2026. Founded in 1999, TowneBank has expanded its footprint in the mid-Atlantic region.
The company stated that future dividend declarations remain subject to board approval and regulatory constraints.
