Tactical Resources Corp. has appointed two executives to oversee operations at its Peak rare earth project in Texas, the company said on Monday.
Steve Vanry has been named senior advisor, bringing 30 years of experience in mining, oil and gas, renewable energy and energy technology sectors. Vanry holds Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Investment Manager designations and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.
Thristian Michel has been appointed manager of business development for Texas, where he will be based. Michel has 24 years of experience in project development and construction management, with oversight of projects totaling more than $120 million in aggregate value.
The appointments follow Tactical Resources' listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under ticker TREO on August 20, 2026. The company is developing the Peak Project at the Sierra Blanca Quarry in Hudspeth County, Texas, leveraging existing infrastructure and previously mined rare earth-enriched material.
Tactical Resources aims to supply rare earth elements for use in semiconductors, electric vehicles, robotics, aerospace systems and national defense applications. The company did not disclose further financial or operational details regarding the executive appointments.
