Taboola (NASDAQ: TBLA), a New York‑based content discovery and advertising platform, announced an offer to acquire Dianomi, a digital advertising services provider that focuses on business, finance and lifestyle sectors. The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance and the consent of Dianomi shareholders and is expected to close before the end of 2026. The announcement was made under Rule 2.7 of the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Dianomi works with more than 600 advertisers and publishers, counting firms such as Charles Schwab, Invesco and Bank of America among its advertisers, and Reuters, CNN Business, The Times and The Wall Street Journal among its publishing partners. Taboola’s platform reaches over 600 million daily active users and includes publishers like NBC News and Yahoo, as well as original equipment manufacturers Samsung and Xiaomi.
The acquisition is intended to expand Taboola’s Realize performance‑advertising platform, which leverages first‑party data and artificial intelligence to run performance campaigns across a curated network of premium publishers. Taboola’s CEO Adam Singolda said the deal will enable the combined company to offer advertisers a larger, trusted network focused on finance through Realize.
The offer follows Taboola’s recent strategy to strengthen its performance‑advertising capabilities and broaden its reach within the financial advertising market. The companies have not provided a timeline for integration, and no valuation or cash‑consideration details have been released.
