He exercised options for 925 shares on August 24 and an additional 2,775 shares the following day, paying a total of $67,473 at an exercise price of $18.236 per share.
Strategy Inc’s Class A shares were trading at $123.19 at the time of the article, down 64% from the 52-week high of $365.21. InvestingPro estimates a fair value of $154.75, suggesting the stock may be undervalued at current levels.
