Solowin Holdings has established a new division, AXG Digital, in Utah dedicated to artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure. The U.S.-based unit will focus on data center development, power access, and strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, enterprises, cloud providers, and AI developers.
The division forms part of Solowin’s broader push into AI infrastructure, with a development pipeline totaling more than 1 gigawatt of potential capacity across Europe, the United States, and sub-Arctic markets. AXG Digital aims to bring over 100 megawatts of capacity online by 2028, pending financing and commercialization milestones.
Solowin, which listed on NASDAQ under the ticker AXG, traces its origins to a 2016 founding in Hong Kong. The company operates at the intersection of blockchain and artificial intelligence, offering services including stablecoin issuance, asset tokenization, securities trading, and AI-powered financial tools. Its prior AI initiatives include the February 2026 launch of KOVAR AI, an enterprise gateway for AI computing access, followed by the March 2026 introduction of KOVAR Cloud and KOVARouter, which provide API access to AI models.
In April 2026, Solowin signed a memorandum of understanding with SC Ventures, the innovation arm of Standard Chartered, to develop AGENPAY, a platform focused on payment routing and API retrieval. The new Utah division will build on these efforts, targeting projects currently at various stages of development, commercialization, and financing.
