Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings said it failed to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, by the Nasdaq-listed deadline, triggering a compliance review under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
The Gaithersburg, Maryland-based company must submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq by October 27 to address the filing delay. If accepted, the exchange may grant an exception allowing up to 180 calendar days from the original due date—until February 22, 2027—to regain compliance. Nasdaq plans to add Shuttle Pharmaceuticals to its public list of non-compliant companies around September 4, 2026.
The company’s stock will continue trading without immediate disruption, but failure to meet the revised deadline could result in delisting. Shuttle Pharmaceuticals operates a pharmaceutical software platform for molecular discovery and early-stage drug development, while its wholly owned subsidiary, United Dogecoin, focuses on digital infrastructure for blockchain, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing workloads.
