Hong Kong-headquartered Mint Incorporation Limited has raised approximately $2.5 million through a registered direct offering of Class A ordinary shares, according to a regulatory filing.
The company issued 2.5 million shares at $1.00 each to institutional investors via securities purchase agreements, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The offering was conducted under a registration statement on Form F-3, which the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective on June 3, 2026.
Expected to close on or about Friday, the transaction was facilitated by Maxim Group LLC as the sole placement agent. Mint Incorporation operates in artificial intelligence, robotics, and interior design services, with business conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiary Axonex AI Limited and a joint venture, Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited.
The company did not disclose specific use of proceeds in the filing.
