NXP Semiconductors N.V. declared a $1.014 per share interim dividend for the third quarter, payable in cash on Oct. 8 to shareholders recorded as of Sept. 16.
The board of directors approved the dividend as part of the company’s ongoing capital return program, the Eindhoven-based semiconductor manufacturer said. The cash dividend will be subject to a 15% Dutch dividend withholding tax, with non-Dutch resident shareholders eligible for potential full or partial refunds depending on individual circumstances.
NXP, which operates in automotive, industrial, IoT, mobile and communications infrastructure markets, reported $12.27 billion in revenue for 2025. The company maintains a global footprint with operations across more than 30 countries.
