SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) announced the appointment of David Burns as Chief Operating Officer, effective September 7, 2026. Burns, who brings over 35 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, will oversee the delivery and operation of the company’s AI infrastructure across multiple sites and countries. His responsibilities include consolidating program management, procurement, and customer order management, as well as converting customer commitments into operational capacity.
Andrew Leece, current COO and co-founder, will transition to the newly created role of Head of Strategic Partnerships and Co-founder. In this position, Leece will focus on customer, data center, and strategic relationships, providing executive oversight for priority partnerships as SharonAI scales its AI infrastructure platform.
James Manning, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of SharonAI, stated that the appointments establish clear accountability across operational delivery, infrastructure capacity, and strategic partnerships.
