SHAPE Australia Corp Ltd reported record annual revenue of AUD 1.2 billion for the fiscal year ended 2026, marking a 30% increase from AUD 956 million in FY 2025 and crossing the billion-dollar threshold for the first time in its 36-year history.
EBITDA rose 53% to AUD 50.1 million, while net profit after tax increased 50% to AUD 31.7 million. Earnings per share climbed 49% year-over-year, and gross margin improved to 9.8% from 9.2% in the prior year. Operating expenses fell to 6.5% of revenue, down from 6.7%.
The company declared a final dividend of AUD 0.18 per share, bringing the full-year total to AUD 0.32 per share, yielding approximately 3.9% at the current stock price. SHAPE maintained a cash position of AUD 136 million, including AUD 32 million in highly liquid investment-grade corporate bonds.
Project wins totaled AUD 1.3 billion, up 37% from the prior year, while backlog orders rose to AUD 628 million from AUD 492 million. The identified project pipeline expanded 20% to AUD 4.8 billion. Regional branch revenue exceeded AUD 130 million.
SHAPE reported a P/E ratio of roughly 22, a PEG ratio of 0.52, and a 52-week stock price range between AUD 3.91 and AUD 7.96. The shares last traded at AUD 6.79, up 0.07% from the previous close of AUD 6.78. The company’s financial health score, as assigned by InvestingPro, was 3.31 out of 5.
The growth was supported by acquisitions, including Arden Group in December 2025 and Australian Professional Shopfitters in July 2026. Arden Group operates five offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, employs 75 to 80 people, and has maintained 100% customer and key employee retention. Australian Professional Shopfitters, with 45 to 50 employees, has been in operation for 28 years.
SHAPE expanded its modular manufacturing capacity in Victoria, increasing annual throughput from about AUD 35 million to over AUD 50 million. The company also highlighted its involvement in data center projects, including a completed 20-megawatt facility for DigiCo and an early contractor involvement services fee for an upcoming 88-megawatt phase.
More than 50% of projects were completed within six months, and non-office sectors accounted for 57% of revenue. Retail revenue reached AUD 40 million, supported by the Arden Group acquisition, while critical facilities and data centers generated over AUD 100 million in revenue with project wins of about AUD 120 million and a pipeline of approximately AUD 900 million. Social and institutional education revenue doubled, with education backlog roughly half of the modular segment. New builds contributed about AUD 100 million to revenue, representing under 10% of total business.
The company reported a 23% increase in proactive safety and quality environmental observations and ongoing training initiatives through The SHAPE Business School. The Net Promoter Score stood at +86.
