SciSparc Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPRC) said on Wednesday it appointed Prof. Carmel Domshlak to its Scientific Advisory Board for AI and cybersecurity, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Domshlak, a faculty member at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology since 2003, brings expertise in autonomous systems, automated reasoning, and multi-agent design.
The appointment follows SciSparc’s July 27 decision to target the Agentic AI market and establish the advisory board. Domshlak’s research spans sequential decision-making, action planning, and probabilistic inference, with ICAPS Influential Paper Awards in 2019, 2020, 2023, and 2026.
SciSparc, which operates through subsidiary NeuroThera, remains focused on cannabinoid-based pharmaceuticals. Its pipeline includes SCI-110 for Tourette syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease, and agitation, and SCI-210 for autism spectrum disorder and status epilepticus. The company is also evaluating opportunities in Agentic AI and engaging with multiple market participants in the sector.
