Roche Holding AG on Thursday priced a new Swiss franc-denominated bond, raising 410 million francs at a fixed annual coupon of 1.095%, according to Börse Stuttgart data. The 10-year paper, maturing on August 26, 2036, trades at a yield of 1.095% based on a price of 99.63. Investors face both credit and currency risk, as the bond is denominated in CHF for euro-area buyers. Minimum denominations start at 1,000 nominal units, and Moody’s has assigned a rating of Aa2. The next coupon payment is scheduled for August 26, 2026.
Alphabet Inc. issued a $3.5 billion U.S. dollar-denominated bond maturing on August 15, 2031, with a 4.875% annual coupon paid semi-annually. The bond, priced at 99.78, yields 4.9018% and carries a Moody’s rating of Aa2. Euro investors will assume USD exchange-rate risk. The first coupon payment is due February 15, 2027, with minimum denominations of 1,000 nominal units.
BMW US Capital LLC brought a $500 million floater to market, pegged to the SOFR benchmark and paying variable quarterly coupons. The bond, rated A2 by Moody’s, matures on August 4, 2028, with the next coupon due November 4, 2026. Like the other issuances, it is tradable in minimum increments of 1,000 nominal units. All three transactions underscore continued corporate access to debt markets despite elevated interest-rate environments.
