Puma AIM VCT plc said on Monday it had completed its subscription offer with a final allocation of 89,383 ordinary shares, raising approximately £3.3 million at prices ranging from 89.98 pence to 91.83 pence per share.
The company’s net asset value per share stood at 89.98 pence as of August 21, 2026, according to the latest valuation used for the allocation. The offer, which initially aimed to raise up to £10 million with an additional £10 million facility, has now closed to new applications.
Following the final allocation, Puma AIM VCT issued a total of 3,609,869 new ordinary shares, bringing its total number of ordinary shares in circulation to 10,092,934. The new shares are expected to begin trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on or around August 28, 2026.
Definitive share certificates are scheduled to be dispatched within 10 business days after the allocation. Shareholders may use the updated total voting rights figure of 10,092,934 as the basis for calculating notification thresholds under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
