Shares of ProCap Financial, Inc. will be added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes at the open of U.S. trading on Monday, September 21, 2026, according to index provider FTSE Russell.
The inclusion is part of FTSE Russell’s third-quarter 2026 IPO additions.
ProCap Financial, which trades on the Nasdaq under the symbol BRR, will begin trading under the new ticker SVIA on September 22, 2026, following its announcement on September 16 of a corporate name change to Silvia, Inc.
Founded in 2025, the company operates the Silvia AI-agent platform, which connected more than $60 billion in assets at launch in May 2025. Approximately 25% of the platform’s monthly active users have converted to paying subscribers, according to the company.
ProCap Financial has raised more than $750 million from investors since its inception.
