Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced the appointment of Louis Pinkham to its board of directors, effective September 17, 2026. Pinkham will join the company's Audit and Finance Committee.
Pinkham served as chief executive officer of Regal Rexnord Corporation from 2019 to 2026. During his tenure, he led the formation of Regal Rexnord through the combination of Regal Beloit and Rexnord's Process & Motion Control business, and oversaw the acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. Prior to Regal Rexnord, he held senior leadership positions at Crane Co. and Eaton Corporation.
He currently serves as lead independent director on the board of Jacobs Solutions Inc. and is a director of the University of Chicago Medical Center.

Pentair reported approximately $4.2 billion in revenue in 2025 and employs roughly 9,000 people globally. The company serves customers in more than 150 countries and is a constituent of the S&P 500 index.
