Prime Financial Group Ltd on Tuesday reported a 22% year-over-year increase in full-year revenue to AUD 60.5 million for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, as the advisory and wealth management firm extended its growth trajectory.
Underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization rose 17% to AUD 14.5 million, while operating cash flow climbed 47% to AUD 4.3 million. Recurring revenue accounted for 85% of total revenue, up from 70% in the prior year, reflecting a 21 percentage-point increase. The company maintained its underlying EBITDA margin at 24%, consistent with the prior fiscal year.
Net profit after tax, excluding the impact of a higher corporate tax rate, would have risen 11% to AUD 5.1 million, management said. Reported earnings per share increased 5% to AUD 0.0196. The statutory tax rate rose from 25% to 30% during the period, reducing reported NPAT.
Prime Financial declared a final fully franked dividend of AUD 0.0092 per share, bringing the full-year payout to AUD 0.0172 per share, a 4% increase from the prior year. The final dividend is payable on September 28, 2026, to shareholders on record as of September 3.
Revenue per full-time equivalent employee rose 25% to AUD 276,000, while net debt increased to AUD 20.6 million from AUD 14.9 million, primarily due to acquisition-related payments. Debt to underlying EBITDA stood at 1.5 times, compared with 1.3 times in FY25. The company has AUD 42.6 million in credit facilities with Westpac, of which AUD 21.6 million was drawn at year-end.
Segment performance showed wealth revenue up 44%, accounting revenue up 25%, and SMSF revenue up 14%, while the business segment grew 2%. The company employs 197 full-time staff, with 44% of shares internally owned. Funds under management totaled approximately AUD 1.9 billion.
Management reaffirmed a long-term target of AUD 100 million in revenue by FY30, to be driven by organic growth, acqui-hires, and selective acquisitions. The firm also divested about AUD 4 million in annual revenue from non-ideal client relationships over the year. Prime Financial acquired Lincoln Indicators in May 2025, contributing AUD 1.7 million in annualized revenue.
Prime Financial’s shares were up 1.16% at AUD 0.218 following the results, within a 52-week range of AUD 0.21 to AUD 0.275.
