John Alban, a director of the fund, disposed of the shares on August 24 at $45.65 per share, a price slightly above the fund’s closing price of $45.45 the same day. The transaction represents a nominal reduction in his direct holdings.
Following the sale, Alban retains 146 shares, including 12 shares acquired through an Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The fund, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker SRV, has delivered a year-to-date gain of 26.7% and offers a dividend yield of 17.84%. The fund has maintained dividend payments for 20 consecutive years, according to its latest disclosures.
