Oracle Corporation highlighted its artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure strategy during the Deutsche Bank 2026 Technology Conference, emphasizing a shift toward AI-driven enterprise solutions.
Mike Sicilia, Oracle’s managing director, noted that AI integration across business workflows represents a significant unlock for value creation. He described AI as the new user interface, signaling a broader industry transition toward intelligent automation. Oracle’s approach spans its entire technology stack, from cloud databases to AI-assisted enterprise applications.
The company reported multi-cloud database revenue growth exceeding 400% in the fourth quarter, driven by demand for scalable, cross-platform solutions. Oracle operates 22 active regions for its Financial Software Database on Amazon Web Services, supporting global deployment capabilities. Approximately half of Oracle’s installed application and infrastructure base has already migrated to the cloud, with the remaining portion representing a substantial conversion opportunity.
AI tools have accelerated enterprise projects, including a Department of Veterans Affairs electronic health records implementation, which was reduced from 18 months to eight months. Oracle’s Fusion platform, with around 14,000 active clients, provides a foundation for AI-driven recommendations and workflow optimization.
The company’s portable infrastructure, capable of delivering a full Oracle Cloud Infrastructure stack in six to 12 racks, underscores its focus on flexibility and rapid deployment. Oracle’s stock was quoted at $146.47, up 3.1% during the session.
Partnerships with cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as collaborations with AI innovators like OpenAI, were cited as key enablers of Oracle’s AI and cloud strategy.
