The transaction was executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in advance, according to regulatory filings. After the sale, Hansen holds 117,227 shares directly and retains 60,858 employee stock options.
Nurix’s stock has risen 186% over the past 12 months, closing at $26.04 on Sept. 3. The company’s shares have outperformed broader biotech benchmarks, with peers such as Super Micro Computer and AppLovin posting similar gains.
Analysts have raised price targets following the stock’s rally. Mizuho increased its target to $34 from $30 while maintaining an Outperform rating. Truist Securities raised its target to $34 from $32, and Baird reiterated an Outperform rating with a $33 target. Morgan Stanley adjusted its target to $38 from $36, keeping an Overweight rating.
